  How may I place an order online?
Ordering is easy and convenient! Select the category you'd like to browse, pick the item you'd like to order, click "Add to Cart" and fill out the billing and shipping information. Click "Submit Order" and you're done!

Can I place orders through email or phone?
For security purposes we don't accept email orders. It wouldn't be very safe to send that kind of information through an email. But we do accept orders o ver the phone. Just give us a call and one of our reps will be glad to assist you.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express).  

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will only be added to orders that are shipped within the state of Florida (6.5%).


How long will my order take to ship?
We ship by USPS; orders placed by 1pm are shipped out the same day. Depending on your shipping address, it can take between 2 to 5 days to arrive. 

Where will my order be shipped from?
We are located in Orlando, Florida and that is where your order will be shipped from. We are not a drop shipper.

Do you offer faster delivery than ground shipping?
Yes. If you need expedited shipping please contact us on the phone or send an email with your shipping address, the item(s) you are interested in and the time frame you need to receive them. We are very flexible  and are willing to make every effort to accommodate your request. 

why do you need my contact info?
We request your email address so that we can email you an order confirmation. We request your phone number to contact you in case we need to give you an order update. Rest assured, we never rent or sell your contact information to anybody, for anything. 

Will there be substitutions?

Sometimes products or containers may become discontinued or not be available from the supplier, therefore we reserve the right to substitute any item with an item of equal or greater value.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If your gift does not arrive in quality condition, please notify us immediately upon receipt, retaining all products and shipping materials. Shipping fees and delivery costs are not refundable. We reserve the right to request that an unsatisfactory item be returned to us prior to replacement, however perishable products such as fruit and food cannot be returned.

Non-perishable items should be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging, after contacting our customer service department at (888) 262-1073.
